Our Vision, Mission, Values

Our Vision

Tepe Occupational Health and Safety Services Inc.'s vision is to minimize workplace accidents and occupational diseases by creating a "safety culture", organizing and institutionalizing OHS services, facilitating quality and secure collaboration between OHS professionals and employers under Ministry supervision, increasing access to, standardizing, and disseminating OHS services. We continue to integrate the knowledge gained from Bilkent Holding Group's OHS practices, which have been implemented for over a decade, into Tepe Joint Health and Safety Unit, progressing with confidence. The experiences and values we have gained will guide our future endeavors.

Our Mission

Our mission at Tepe Occupational Health and Safety Services Inc. is to undertake projects that minimize human and material losses in the companies we serve, increase the efficiency of work and management systems, contribute to the performance of the business, and the personal development, health, and safety culture of employees. We aim to perform all periodic control services required in the field of occupational health and safety through OHS professionals. We see ensuring occupational health and safety, improving existing health and safety conditions, protecting against workplace accidents and occupational diseases, and fulfilling the requirements of Law No. 6331 in the workplaces we serve as the basis of our work.
